configure.js
else {
if (!FSO.FileExists("README.SVN-RULES")) {
STDERR.WriteLine("Must be run from the root of the php source");
WScript.Quit(10);
}
}
This file doesn't exist as it has been renamed to README.GIT-RULES, this causes configure to
fail.
