Bug description: T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM
No matter of what sense of humour do I (#14492) or PHP developers have, I
find error messages like 'T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM' as very confusing.
Hebrew knowledge wasn't specified on PHP requirements ;)
