I have the same problem with php 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.1 with Suhosin-Patch released this year.

my ubuntu is pangolin precise.

I have the same issue with linux, php 5.5.3.6-13ubuntu3.6

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
