PHP version:      4.2.2
PHP Bug Type:     Session related
Bug description:  always add SID into url

PHP: from 2.2.2 to php4-win32-200208170200.zip, Apache: 1.3.19-2.0.39, PHP
as module, default install.
After session_start() php added SID into url. session.use_cookies = 1,
cookies is working. If session.use_trans_sid = 0 then sessions don't work.

PHP 4.0.4pl work is right: SID not added in URL.
