Req #62513 [NEW]: Disable goto

The reason is that my users can execute untrusted code, and in some cases I have to debug it; but goto in some cases makes debugging way too long. The best solution (for me) would be a INI option that can not be changed at runtime, to suppress goto. Or you could add a compile option to exclude goto.
