I installed php4.2.2 on linux2.4 complied it with " ./configure --with-mysql --with-apache=/usr/local/apache --with-config-file-path=/usr/local/apache/conf --enable-debug=no --enable-track-vars " Then I wrote a file named "test.php" <?echo $id?> Test php I write "http://****/test.php?id=abc in the address of IE It would display "abc" but it display nothing. I think that it could not translate the value of id.
