The fix for this bug has been committed.

Using php5apache2_3.dll with Apache 2.4 builds (from apachelounge) produces the
error:
Module "sapi\\apache2handler\\mod_php5.c" is not compatible with this version of
Apache (found 20110619, need 20120211).

consits only php5apache2_3.dll
There was no version of Apache 2.3. Only 2.2 and 2.4 released.
