apparently the bug was on eAccelerator, I disabled it and php works fine now

Once you have generated a backtrace, please submit it to this bug
report and change the status back to "Open". Thank you for helping
us make PHP better.
Please check whether PHP crashes at all without third party modules such as eAccelerator. If so,
please provide a short, self contained example that segfaults PHP, and a backtrace (as described
above).

the php was compiled like this:

it also runs with eAccelerator v1.0-dev, Copyright (c) 2004-2012 eAccelerator,
