Expected result:
----------------
microtime(true) greater equal than $_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME_FLOAT']

...like PHP 5.4

Actual result:
--------------
$_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME_FLOAT'] greater than microtime(true)

introduced in PHP 5.5
PHP 5.4 not buggy
