The difference increases in time to run the server (few days).
I am now watching -5.5 seconds.
After Apache restar difference -20ms.

This very big problem is introduced in php 5.5.
PHP 5.4 never returns negative value.

I can confirm this problem introduced in PHP 5.5
<?=microtime(true)-$_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME_FLOAT']?>
Max difference observed from is -1200ms !
