Try with 5.2.13.
Also be sure that you don't have any other libmysql DLL in your PATH but the one we bundled in
PHP releases. That may happen if you installed mysql after PHP.

I checked the link you provide but there was nothing there. It was just written "5.2 has no
release" as well as other versions.
