I don't have any cache system.
I don't know how to reproduce it, because is a random situation.
In that Server I have about 14 home transactional's sites and every site runing the same
application with different database

Do you have APC, xCache, wincache or another cache enabled? Then please disable it. Other than that
we would need a _short_ but complete reproduce case.
