Description:

Pspell does not work with PHP 5.2.14. I have tried swapping the DLL from 5.2.13-5.2.10 but I get the
same results. No errors. It just does nothing.

Tried with Apache 2.2.14-2.2.16

Works with PHP 5.2.6.
