#19078 [NEW]: ap_register_* compile errors with apache 2.0.40

From: john.pape@clearworks.net Operating system: Linux PHP version: 4.2.2 PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure Bug description: ap_register_* compile errors with apache 2.0.40 php has compile problems with apache 2.0.40.
