On Windows8 function sys_get_temp_dir() returns path 'C:\Windows' which is
of 
course not correct

Test script:

echo sys_get_temp_dir();
// output: C:\Windows



Expected result:
----------------
C:\Windows\Temp

Actual result:
--------------
C:\Windows
