Test script:
---------------
php.ini add: extension=php_opcache.dll

Expected result:
----------------
opcache in phpinfo()

extension_loaded('opcache') returns true

Actual result:
--------------
no opcache in phpinfo()

extension_loaded('opcache') returns false
