PECL PDO packages are obsolete.

On RedHat 9, the file krb5.h required for installation of this package is located in
/usr/kerebos/include where make cannot find it.
To get this package to install, run
$ CFLAGS="-I/usr/kerberos/include"; export CFLAGS
before you run the pear install.
