I have downloaded, but was unable to test it today due to time
constraints. It's on my list of things to test tomorrow. Sorry.

Will this fix from lines, or mulitple ini's?

Please try using this CVS snapshot:
http://snaps.php.net/php4-latest.tar.gz
For Windows:

I run a Windows 2000 server, with multiple domains. (yes, I know
that's the first problem)
When I have the domains send out mail, the "from" in the email headers
is always what is set in the php.ini file. Obviously, this isn't a
good thing.
What can be done? Multiple ini's? If so, how?
