#19227 [NEW]: mktime translation error

From: benoitp@oma.be Operating system: unix PHP version: 4.2.2 PHP Bug Type: *Languages/Translation Bug description: mktime translation error There is an error in the french translation of the mktime function. In english it's writen: "Arguments may be left out in order from right to left..." But in the french version it's writen that the arguments may be left out in order from left to right.
