Log: Fix Bug #65538 (cafile now supports stream wrappers)

Description:
------------
The SSL stream context's "cafile" option expects the name of a file. When this name
is not a "normal" filename but, for instance, "phar://phar-alias/ca.pem" I get
the following error
Unable to set verify locations `phar://phpunit-3.8-gb5ac7cc.phar/ca.pem'
This looks to me like stream wrappers are not applied in this context.
This makes it impossible to ship a PHAR that contains a CA file and use that to verify the peer
(without copying it from the PHAR to a temporary file).
