Description:
------------
Looking at internal PHP code, there is existing code to allow for the 1a variants of FNV
(http://www.isthe.com/chongo/tech/comp/fnv/index.html#FNV-1a). However, this code is never used -
the only option with has() is the original algorithms, not the 1a algorithms.
This patch adds support for the 1a variants to the hash list. I'm considering this a bug
report, rather than a feature request, since the code to do the hashing already exists... this just
seems to be an oversight.
Patch will be provided on Github.
