@requinix There is no bug. This person has been posting patent, unmitigated gibberish for years: https://bugs.php.net/search.php?search_for=angoss%6F&limit=All&order_by=id&status=All&cmd=display
Best to just mark as spam, block comments, and ignore, I think.

You're not understanding how this is supposed to work. You have to EXPLAIN what is going on.
EXPLAIN what the problem is and, if it's not obvious, why it is a problem. All you've done
so far is copy and paste one sentence from the documentation for apache_lookup_uri().
So. What is the point of this bug report? Where is the bug you're reporting?

Log i must have PHP configured with --enable-debug and fixed Package memory manager.
