I jumped to conclusions. This report is invalid. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2014-03-30 19:51:28] evert at rooftopsolutions dot nl Description: ------------ DateTimeZone::getName() returns a different name for timezones that just have offsets. I like the new format better, but this could be considered a BC break. Test script: --------------- $tz = new DateTimeZone('Etc/GMT-4'); echo $tz->getName(); // Before PHP 5.5.10 // Etc/GMT-4 // After PHP 5.5.10 // -04:00 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=66984&edit=1
