Some functions seem to work with vertical tab; what functions are you specifically talking about?

It would be useful if PHP would recognize VT (ASCII \x0b) as whitespace along with space (ASCII
\x20) and horizontal tab (\x09). emacs likes this for page separators (i.e., to separate functions
on a file with multiple functions).
