Description:

See test script.

__FILE__, __DIR__, ReflectionClass::getFilename(), etc. are also
affected (but getcwd() is OK).

Test script:

var_dump(realpath('/Users') === realpath('/users'));

Expected result:
----------------
bool(true)


Actual result:
--------------
bool(false)
