Operating system: win 2k
PHP version: 4.2.3
PHP Bug Type: Strings related
Bug description: $<number> becomes null
When I try to publish some String by taking it via text area from user, if
the user writes "$500", when I publish it in the next page it shows "00".
That means it nullifies $5. It treats $5 as null.
