Bug description:ZipArchive doesn't display error when zip file could not be created
Description:

I had an error in a script which caused the script trying to a directory
with ZipArchive::addFile.
addFile returned 'true', but after ZipArchive::close, no zip file was
created.
Even if I set the error_reporting to E_ALL, no error was displayed.
Expected result:

addFile should create an error message, or at least close when the zip
file could not be created.
Actual result:
--------------
No error is displayed, but the zip file is not created.
