Bug description:Add mime-type for Opus audio
Description:

When serving .opus files the Content-Type header should be set to the
correct mime-type audio/ogg; codecs=opus.
Test script:

php -S localhost:8080
curl -I localhost:8080/test.opus
Expected result:
----------------
Content-Type header should be audio/ogg; codecs=opus
Actual result:
--------------
Content-Type header is application/octet-stream
