"optimize tables" kills the tables. you can't eddit tables. (there is a
pseudo-syntax error). It DOES work with php4.2.2 - It's seems to be a
bug in the mysql implementation.

It does with php4.2.2 ... this bug was reporeted by several ppl with
different systems.
