From: php-bugs at allenjb dot me dot uk Operating system: PHP version: Irrelevant Package: *General Issues Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description:Add standards@lists.php.net to gmane Description: ------------ I'd like to interact with the standards@list.php.net via Gmane.org. I put in a request for them to add the list, but they appear to be having issues adding it. The conversation so far: > #gmane.comp.php.standards standards@lists.php.net > PHP language specification discussion and development > unknown dummy > encode=encrypt > lang=eng > mail-archive=yes > url=http://php.net/ Subscription messages for the requested mailing lists have been sent. The resulting groups will be created when the first message arrives from the mailing lists. Best regards, Adam ---- > It's been a week and despite there having been new messages to this list ( > http://news.php.net/php.standards ), the group doesn't > appear to have been > created yet on Gmane. Is this an issue on your end? If not, let me know and > I'll see if I can find one of the PHP developers to liaise with you > directly to get this fixed. Gmane does not get any replies back when trying to subscribe to mailing lists on lists.php.net (I can see attempts for three different mailing lists). If you can tell me which mailing list manager is used (so far it looks like we have tried the format used by Mailman and Ezmlm without luck). The last resort is if you can get someone to manually add a special Gmane email address (which I can supply) to the mailing list.
