Bug description:SplFileObject setMaxLineLength
Description:

After setting SplFileObject::setMaxLineLen($length) every method will
output lines up to length of $length-1 instead of $length.
Test script:

$fileobject = new SplFileObject(__FILE__);
$fileobject->setMaxLineLen(3);
echo $fileobject->getCurrentLine();
Expected result:
----------------
<?p
Actual result:
--------------
<?
