New Comment:
We're checking our build server to ensure it hasn't been compromised to introduce malware
into 5.6.0.
Meanwhile, I have asked Symantec(Norton) to manually check if 5.6.0 has malware.
Which 5.6.0 build(s) are having this problem for you? (I don't have Norton to check) NTS? TS?
x86? x64?

Description:
------------
Norton is classifying this release as insecure and is deleted all file dll and exe files. This is a
huge bug on windows operating systems that use Norton. Norton deletes the files after unzipping the
archive files.
Expected result:
----------------
To be able to use PHP version 5.6 and not have Internet security programs deleting it because it is
insecure.
