PHP Bug Type: Session related
Bug description: mm prevent web server from starting without helpful message
Since Sache removed error message that I've added.
PHP will stop at start without helpful message.
BTW, current implementation is not acceptable, IMHO.
It breaks BC, if user has
session.save_path = "my user handler's db connection parameter here".
They must change their code with current implementaion.
