The make test, revealed some issue and I was offered to report them to
the PHP QA team, which I accepted, but it was unable to connect to
qa.php.net on port 80.
I tried manually, and indeed qa.php.net is not responding.

I wanted to include the detailed php test result as indicated, but the
php bug reporting think this is a smap...
