Php does not have full support for sqlite3 fts4.

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000]: General
error: 1 unknown tokenizer: unicode61' in test.php:4

add this compile flag to fix: -DSQLITE_ENABLE_FTS4_UNICODE61
