if in sparc solaris 7 ,apache 1.3.23and php4.1.2,run this program ,it
is display :
bill_no=1<br>bill_no=10000000000<br>
the bill_no isn`t add 1
but at x86 solaris 7 ,it is ok!

It prints this for me:
