echo "FALSE RESULT";

In this code snippet, $a = 0, and the "if" must not launch. But "if" is
launched.
Test script:

$a = 0;
if($a == "test"){
echo "FALSE RESULT";
}
else{
echo "TRUE RESULT";
}

Expected result:
