$element = each($array, 1); // same as current
$element = each($array, -1); // same as current, but move backword
$element = each($array, 2); // same as current, but step is 2
function prototype:
array each ( array array, [int step = 1]);
step=0 is invalidate(for loop) or validate for equal to "current()"
hope it'll be added
