Bellow is the stack trace with line numbers. Meanwhile the PHP has been upgraded to 5.5.19 and
apache to 2.4.10.

We'll probably need a stack trace with line numbers to be able to diagnose this fully, although
it looks like it might be an issue that's getting triggered by PHAR.
