Stack traces of user-mode application crashes on Windows can (with user consent) be reported to Microsoft (see Windows Error Reporting and Watson). This bug is based on one of those reports. Actually reported on 5.5.13. in php-cgi.exe (FastCGI NTS x86). Watson #73356392194.
