Hi,

In /ext/phar/tar.c:

484                newentry = zend_hash_str_add_mem(&myphar->manifest,
entry.filename, entry.filename_len, (void*)&entry,
sizeof(phar_entry_info));

'newentry' is not checked if it's NULL, as it is does every other time
zend_hash_str_add_mem() is used.
