Installed Visual Studio 2012 Express edition for x86 build.  During
nmake step got error: ext\mysqlnd\mysqlnd_net.c(33) : fatal error C1083:
Cannot open include file: 'zlib.h': No such file or directory

I installed the deps as instructed on the website.  The file
C:\php-sdk\phpdev\vc11\x86\deps\include\zlib.h exists
