Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2002-06-27 16:50:45] rasmus@php.net The CVS version compiles fine. And PHP does not officially support Apache 2 yet. There is no choice between security and PHP here. PHP compiles fine with Apache 1.3.26 which is the production-quality stable release of Apache. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2002-06-27 16:45:05] derick@php.net Please provide the errors you get by compiling the latest CVS version of PHP with apache 2. Derick ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2002-06-27 16:41:57] jeremy@homer.net PLEASE release a PATCH for the latest release that will compile PROPERLY (unlike CVS) that is compatible with Apache 2.0.39. The CVS version will not compile. Is there a patch for the latest release that can add compatibility with Apache 2.0.39 without causing compile problems? PHP is awesome, and so is Apache! You guys are great. I am quite surprised that there is not a fix/patch for Apache compatibility on the heels of such a serious security exploit. We are faced with a choice between security and PHP! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=18025&edit=1
