Do you happen to have magic_quotes_runtime enabled in php.ini? (or some
other magic_quotes_* directive)

Hello,
when we use file() in 4.2.2 and 4.2.1 to read CSV-fileformat, the
returned array replaced " with \" and ' with \' . This error is not in
4.1.2 ! This error makes problem for every CSV-Parser based on file().
