From: levim Operating system: PHP version: master-Git-2015-04-14 (Git) Package: Reflection related Bug Type: Bug Bug description:ReflectionClass::newInstanceWithoutConstructor on internal class issue Description: ------------ ReflectionClass::newInstanceWithoutConstructor still calls object_init_ex when the class is internal and final.
