New Comment:
This already throws a strict standards notice in PHP 5 and a deprecation in PHP 7, please check your
error_reporting setting. Presumably it will be entirely forbidden in PHP 8.

Description:
------------
<?php
class Ctest{
public function index(){
echo "I need not instantiation!";
}
}
call_user_func_array(array("Ctest","index"),array());
?>
The Ctest is not instantiation,but I can use the 'index()' function.I think this should
display a error.
Test script:
---------------
<?php
class Ctest{
public function index(){
echo "I need not instantiation!";
}
}
call_user_func_array(array("Ctest","index"),array());
?>
