Bug description:add custom ldap_*_option support

Currently ldap_set_option is restricted to only the defined ldap options
within PHP. However, there are numerous other options that are available
if you know the correct value to pass in (Such as LDAP_OPT_X_TLS_*)
I think it would be appropriate to allow any value to be passed to the
ldap_set_option or ldap_get_option 2nd parameter and simply pass it
through as is. Alternatively, if we want to be more strict about it and
allow for it to be passed more explicitely we could introduce a new
LDAP_OPT_CUSTOM which behaves much like
LDAP_OPT_SERVER_CONTROLS/LDAP_OPT_CLIENT_CONTROLS in that it could take
in an array as the third param and these values would be passed directly
though regardless as to whether or not they might or might not be valid.
