It'll be a problem because of PHP structure. But maybe use/create a keyword to receive the case
value.

    switch ($a instanceof case) {
        case Foo : echo "Foo"; break;
        case Bar : echo "Bar"; break;
        default : echo "Unknown" : break;
    }
