Description:
------------
sqlite3_do_callback() leaks the zval context when used with a custom aggregate function in PHP 7.0
due to the use of ZVAL_COPY_VALUE(). Replacing it with ZVAL_DUP() and a paired zval_ptr_dtor()
removes the leak.
