Description:
------------
it's just laughable that after *14* bugfix releases there is still no way to use encrypted
mysql connections with PHP 5.6 wih is a *show stopper* for anybody who is using encrypted database
connections for *many years* wich was broken anyways two times completly before 5.6
improve security is one thing
doing it blindly and without any care is just stupid and unaccepatable
and you developers wonder why it kates that long until new major versions are widely used? consider
the simple reaosn it's just because you make it impossible
